The Yoast plugin 9.2.1 is not working in WordPress 4.9.9. The snippet preview is completely blank.

    Please do the following:

    1. Perform a conflict check to know what plugin or theme is conflicting with the Yoast plugin?

    2. Check for JavaScript errors with your console.

If you find any JavaScript errors related to Yoast SEO or if there is a conflict with a plugin or a theme, you can create a new GitHub issue for our developers. Please report the issue to a third party developer as well.

I have carried out some testing as suggested. I now have exactly the same versions of WordPress, Yoast and all the plugins (same versions) on my staging website as on the LIVE website. Yoast is fine on the testing website but does not work correctly on the LIVE one. The Snippet Preview is still blank

I could not see any javascript errors relating to Yoast on my console.

The same issue is happing with me and site show no error but meta title and meta description is not showing need solution please

@juliemuir65 If you didn’t find any conflicts or errors, we think the issue is specific to your site. We’d need to investigate further but are unable to do so on these forums. You can purchase Yoast SEO Premium and receive our Premium email support and we can help you further.

@mialive Please create a new issue if you are experiencing a similar problem as this helps us in tracking, as this can be caused by many different variables (WordPress version, other plugins, etc).

@devnihil thanks for answering my question but it was working a few days ago but not now I’m unable to do anything, javascript is not block, browser cache is clear and the theme is supported other plugin not conflicting all I had checked but didn’t find any solution

@mialive We apologize for any inconvenience. Did you perform a full conflict check by disabling all the 3rd party plugins and switching the theme to the default 2017 theme?

If yes and the issue persists, we think the issue is specific to your site. We’d need to investigate further but are unable to do so on these forums. You can purchase Yoast SEO Premium and receive our Premium email support and we can help you further.
