Yoast 3.3.1

Hi, I can’t seem to get rid of the orange light for my image ALT attributes. I set them in wordpress so they contain my keywords but I still get the message:

“The images on this page do not have alt attributes containing your focus keyword.”

Also, I am getting a red light concerning my keyword:

“The focus keyword doesn’t appear in the first paragraph of the copy. Make sure the topic is clear immediately.”

The keyword appears in the first sentence, and it is not under a piece of code.
