YITH WooCommerce Zoom Magnifier not working in MayaShop

I am currently using the theme MayaShop. The theme recommends downloading the plugin YITH WooCommerce Zoom Magnifier. I activated the plugin & it is not working on my images. Does anyone have a recommendation to get it working?
