you don’t see add to cart button because of the CSS rules of your theme.
Please add following CSS code in your site and you’ll be able to see wishlist and add to cart buttons.

.new-prod-slide .slick-slide a,.new-prod-slide .slick-slide a:hover {
    color: #000000;
}

.new-prod-slide .slick-slide a.add-to-wishlist-custom {
    color: #ffffff!important;
}

.new-prod-slide .slick-slide a.add_to_wishlist {
    color: #fff;
}
