YITH WooCommerce Waiting List

  • Hello,

    We are using your plugin YITH WooCommerce Waiting List. We have some problems with your plugin. We had some users on the waiting list for products that are out of stock and when we changed stock, those options for sending mails on the product page just disappeared. Is this a bug? Can we somehow see those waiting lists or see mails that were subscribed? We tested it and the user did not get any mail and we also cannot see any options.

    Hi there,
    where the product is in stock is normally that the waiting list form disappeared from product page, so this is not a bug but a normal behaviour of the plugin.

    thank you for your answer.
    So we have to send emails to subscribers before we add stock to products, that we do not lose data (users emails)?

    Hi @ninakodric in this version there is no functionality to view the emails of subscribers to the waiting list of a product.
