Yith Woocommerce-pdf-invoice plugin – translation/changes problem with .po file

  • I wanted to translate parts of the yith pdf invoice plugin and upload the .po file to
    wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-pdf-invoice/languages
    or/and
    wp-content/languages/plugins

    Nothing works. My general language settings is Czech, so i tried to upload it as
    yith-woocommerce-pdf-invoice-cz CZ.po, but also as an English translation as en GB, since the readme file says the plugin only is in English.

    On the plugin site they say it is possible to change the invoice with .po file

    I have no idea if it is possible and where should I uploaded, how to name it, or perhaps some change in the plugin’s .php is needed which is beyond my abilities.

    Please help, if you know what the problem is.

  • Hi @ano1-1,

    try to name the translation file as yith-woocommerce-pdf-invoice-cs_CZ.po and also remember to upload the MO file yith-woocommerce-pdf-invoice-cs_CZ.mo

    BTW If you’d like to share your translations, add them here, I’ll review them.
