YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards

  • It allows me to create a gift card product, but under “Product Data” there is no checkbox that reads “Virtual” like in your demo. I can create the gift card, and I receive a gift card code, but when I go to purchase a product, no box or section appears for me to enter a gift card code. IN your example there appears a section that reads:
    “Have a gift card? Click here to enter your code”
    That section does not appear in my checkout and I see no way of adding it.

    Also, when I purchased the gift card, in Admin under Gift Cards, the only columns that appear are:
    Title and Date.

    So, essentially, this plugin allows me to create a gift card, but I can’t do anything with it.

    Hello there,
    hope you are doing well! ??

    In the free version of the plugin you only are allowed to create physical gift cards, but no virtual ones.

    also, in this version, the redeem gift card fields is the same than the WooCommerce coupons.

    Check it and let us know if you have any doubt.
