Yith Theme Short Codes Missing when plugin active

Hi I started a trial today and this plugin is awsome and I will definately buy.
However I use a Yith WP theme and when your plugin is active, when i click on the (Yith shortcodes button) in the toolbar (when editing a page) it only shows me about 30 percent of the shortcodes.
The rest have disappeared, it doesnt effect the existing working short codes, however if you want to add a new short code by the tool menu button you have to deactivate the popup plugin then reactivate it.
