Yith Subscription COD

  • I’m using Yith Subscription free version and I want to upgrade to payed. However after 1 month of subscription the client did not received the renewal email, the renewal order was not created and I did not know why. The payment was set to COD(cash on delivery) and this might be a problem? How can I solve this?

    I just checked and the renewal did not happend neither for a card payment. We did not received any renewal order.
