YITH Review Reminder does not send emails anymore

  • Hi team,

    YITH Review Reminder does not send emails anymore. Started after 25 of august, before that was working fine.
    WP-Cron Events installed, cron triggers correctly.
    To monitor e-mails i use WP Mail Log.

    Deactivate / activate plugin executed.

    Any ideas?

    Hi @delfniki,
    if you activate WordPress debug log, when you try to trigger the cron there’s some error message?

    Debug activated, the only warn i can find is this one:

    the cron ywrr_daily_send_mail_job is correctly scheduled?

    I have the same issue. My customers are not getting any E-Mails.

    It is there in the cron list which will run “Once Daily” but no mails.
