Yith Request a Quote Not Emailing Requests

We have installed the free version of the request a quote plugin. All emails have been activated and all the settings appear to be correct, however, no emails are coming through to the site admin email address or any of the other emails we entered. Our SMTP settings are correct to receive emails from our site – so not sure why we would not be receiving them.
