YITH REQUEST A QUOTE FOR WOOCOMMERCE don’t show buttons “add to quote”

  • Hello, I have a problem with your plugin I can not display the buttons to add to the quote, and I can not even check if my list works for sending the Quote and Form.

    I think the problem comes from my theme but even after changing it the problem is still there.

    Hi @zedtack,

    Yes, it could be your theme. Have you tested with a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Twenty-One?
    Let us know.

    I’m using AVADA and the free version of the plug-in (I’m just testing before buy) and I don’t have any button at all. I’ve the old classic “add to card”.
    I need to do something more? I need to replace add to cart with “request a quote”

    Hi thank you for your answer !

    Currently I use the theme “Storefront ” Version : 3.7.0, and I tried to use another basic theme that is “Hello Elementor” Version : 2.3.1, and I still have this problem of “quote” buttons that do not appear, yet when I adjust in the settings not to show the button “add To card” they disappear well.

    Hope you can help me to resolve that.

    Hi, can you test with a default wordpress theme like twenty-twenty or similar?

    So I just try Twenty-Twenty and It work, I can see the button Add to Quote, but it means I have to change all my website ?

    After some test the theme Twenty Twenty don’t shop the button request a quote, i don’t know what to do.
    If you should help me please ?

    Please check if your products have a price set ( also 0 is good )

    I just checked and I have 3 products without price cause I don’t want to add it on basket.
