    Hello @desmond67 ,

    Please try to check the email settings (WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails -> Email to request a quote), especially the “From” Email Address option. Normally an invalid email address produces this kind of issue. Try to leave it empty and check if the problem persists.

    I have tried your suggestion by leaving the from email field blank, yet I still get the same error message “There was a problem in sending your request. Please try again.”,

    What do you mean by Invalid email …?

    Please I really need to get this working, I will appreciate any suggestions in fixing this.

    I just made a test and i can send the quote without problem.
