YITH product options gets reset if variable attribute is chosen

  • hi, I noticed this inconsistency in the plugin. For example I have two native wordpress attributes which in turn have variables generated from them. shirt size and color.

    and I have additionally made with iyth plugin a pack as gift checkbox and type your text on a tshirt. Both options alter the price.

    Now here’s the deal, if I open a product and first check that I want this product gift-warpped, and then proceed to choose size and/or color – the gift-wrap checkbox disappears. Anything I have set prior – get reset. Why is that and how to prevent it?

    Please try to do things in this order:

    1. Check “Pack as gift” with YES
    2. Then select size
    3. Select color

    After that Pack as gift gets unselected. Why it cannot remain selected?

    Hi there,

    This is the normal behavior. After selecting a variation on the page, the variations form is updated and the add-ons are restarted.
