YITH product add ons premium not showing checkboxes

  • Hi, I am using the YITH product add ons premium version. I am trying to set checkboxes on my woocommerce restaurant ordering plugin. The plugin brings up a lightbox to order products. When i have set the YITH add ons this is not being shown in the lightbox?
