• when installing elementor (free version) on a clean new wordpress install with Proteo 1.6.0 theme most plugins from Yith function fine example the customize my account all links can be clicked and look and feel is fine CSS wise, however the moment I activate latest version of elementor Pro on the site problems arise with css of Yith elements even in admin page 1 example the general settings section for Customize my account backend (you cant see avatar options) please note if I deactivate elementor pro 3.4.1 everything works fine again! version of elementor free version is 3.4.3

Hello there, thanks for using Proteo and other YITH plugins ??
There’s probably something that needs to be checked, that may involve different plugins or templates. Since YITH Customize My Account is a Premium plugin, please open a ticket on our dedicated support platform, this way our team can login your site and check where the problem is.
    Thanks ??

I already found the problem its related to JQuery version conflicting with others so best way to solve is either force in code correct supported version of JQuery. Or force your wordpress setup to use required Library through one of the plugins, not the best option since those other plugins wont function instead of Yith ones. Fallback btw doesn’t solve the issue

If anyone from Yith can also suggest any other options please do.

Plugins and themes should always use the jQuery version bundled with WordPress… for assure the widest compatibility as possible… You need an higher version than the bundled?
