YITH Paypal Plugin – Block editor not working, shows “..no payment methods”

    Just spoke to support chat and they asked to write a ticket here.
    I have a new customer who is using a theme, and at the checkout, we’ve installed the YITH Paypal Express Checkout.

    Strangely, at the checkout on the front end, it shows: “There are no payment methods available. This may be an error on our side. Please contact us if you need any help placing your order.” – even though the payment method is enabled. Enabling “Cash on delivery” seems to show, so it looks like something with this module.

    Drilling down, I noticed in the admin back end in Settings > Editor > Checkout there is a message that says “YITH Paypal Express Checkout – Incompatible with block-based checkout”, but as the new system is Block-based on Paypal, can’t quite see why this isn’t working?

    Any help is greatly appreciated, as I imagine other people will be hitting this issue too.

    Hello @atombomb

    currently the plugin does not support the block-based layout since it’s still on beta.

    You should use the “classic” checkout shortcode.
