Yith Gift Card on Elementor

  • I can’t get the YITH gift card plugin to display in Elementor. Is there any documentation on this or any tutorials? I can’t add a link as the site is a redesign for a very big ecommerce site that is very busy and I’m bulding it on a sub domain. It’s in maintenance mode because in the past customers have landed on the sub domain and placed their orders there.

    hope you are doing well! ??

    If you are using Elementor, you need to include the Gift Card Product Form widget from the Elementor panel (see this image) in your gift card product template.

    You need to have also the latest Gift Card plugin version installed (2.0.4)

    I have the latest version of the plugin installed. Yith isnt showing up in the widgets in elementor.

    Hello there,

    We have tried it on our local installation and it works fine!

    Please, try to deactivate all plugins, leaving only WooCommerce, Elementor and YITH Gift Cards active, and see if the problem is solved. If so, try to activate them again, one by one, to see which one causes the issue.

    If the problem isn’t caused by a plugin, try to activate the default theme Twenty Sixteen and see if you have the same issue.

    Also, if you have customized some files in your theme, please try with a fresh installation without any customization.

    Please try this solution and let us know any news, please.

    thanks, I now have it displaying, however, it displays in 2 columns with Related Products header on the left side and the card details on the right. The related products images show at the bottom of the page and the card details are bunched up and don’t display well. I’ve used some css to move it around but it’s not perfect. Is there a way of getting the card page to display either without related products or in 1 column with related products on the bottom?

    Is it possible to restrict “Gift this product” to certain categories? I hae a site with retail and 2 trade levels and I only want this to display on the retail side.

    Sorry for the late reply.

    The “Gift this product” feature is not included in the free version of the plugin. Seem that you are using the Premium version of the plugin, in this case, you will need to open a ticket from your account in yithemes.com This forum is only for the free version from www.remarpro.com.
