[NSFW] YITH Gift Card – not working now

    Could you explain to us in more detail what you mean by it not working? Since I was able to seamlessly add a gift card to cart from your site.

    After a customer completed a purchase of a gift card, I remember that I would get an order of 16 digit codes from that gift card so that I can recognize them for their future usage. However, I did not get the information about these 16 digits, after my website revamp.

    And I found that my YITH dashboard (see this link) missed something as compared to your testing dashboard (see this link).

    Hello there,

    The dashboard that you have shown belongs to the premium version. The demo of the free version is the following:

    In any case, I recommend carrying out the following tests to verify that there is no conflict with another plugin or your theme:

    • update the plugin, WC and WP to the latest version.
    • change to a default WP theme like 2023.
    • Leave only WC and our plugin active, and activate your plugins in batches until you find the one that conflicts.
