yith gift card image not previewing properly on mobile device

  • Hello, I’ve been using this plugin for a while now and i noticed a very strange issue. The gift card gift card image not previewing properly on mobile device but works fine on the desktop version. What i mean is, it doesn’t display this

    To:
    Message:

    on and the image doesn’t change on a mobile device but does on the desktop version. i’ve tried using css to fix it but to no avail. Pls help. Thanks

    Seem that you are using the Premium version of the plugin, in this case, you will need to open a ticket from your account in yithemes.com

    This forum is only for the free version from www.remarpro.com.

    Hello, thanks for responding. I tried creating the ticket, but I had some issues and it seem not to be working. Anyways, I’ve switched to the free version now, and the problem is still persistent. Can you help me now since I already have one ticket open here? Thanks.
