YITH App – pre selecting products

    Hi there,

    I’m using the Related Products for WooCommerce plugin, but for some products, it’s pre-selecting all the suggestions. I’m not sure what’s causing this issue. Can you help?

    Ps. I’ve contacted Related Products for WooCommerce plugin and that is they advised me:

    “To identify whether there is a conflict between our Related Products for WooCommerce plugin and the YITH WooCommerce Frequently Bought Together plugin that is causing the issue in the Frequently Bought Together widget, please disable the Related Products for WooCommerce plugin and check if the issue persists.

    If the issue does not persist in this scenario, you may share the YITH WooCommerce Frequently Bought Together plugin zip file with us for further inspection. However, if the issue persists even after disabling our plugin, you may need to contact the YITH support team for more accurate support.”

    I’ve done that and the problem persist.
