YIKES 2.2 wiped out language support – a€ added

YIKES – I upgraded to 2.2 and now all my sites wiped out the language support! I now get a€ all through my sites. (Since I use different Themes on each version, it is NOT theme related.)

Please fix this right away or tell me how I can resolve this. I hope future “4 month” upgrades aren’t going to be so much work!
