Yetpack incompatability

I am testing Yetpack (3.8.1) on my sites and came across an incompatibility with the carousel shortcode.
I have switched off ‘Custom formatting’ but to no result. The carousel pictures are shown in a one column style. There are no jQuery errors reported.
