    Hey there.

    As you read, I’m faced with an “Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later.” issue when people type in their email.
    I’ve checked every forum and topic related to the subject and still couldn’t figure out how to make it work.

    This is the page where people have to type in their email in order to receive something for free: https://musicsoundbox.org/veteran-future-house-box.

    Here is the log error:
    [2019-09-26 09:47:36] ERROR: Form 2047 > Mailchimp API error: 400 Bad Request. Forgotten Email Not Subscribed. musi************@ou*****.com was permanently deleted and cannot be re-imported. The contact must re-subscribe to get back on the list.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    As the error mentions, you are facing this issue for a specific email address that was manually deleted from your MailChimp.com account. Please note that MailChimp.com rejects any email from subscribing again using 3rd party forms and API (our plugin) from submitting a user that was previously deleted.

    You will need to manually add this email address to your MailChimp.com account. In future, please do not delete your email from MailChimp account.

    Also to test this, try using another email address.

    The solution was so simple.
