Yet another RSS feed issue

I have a strange problem with the RSS feeds on my WordPress site, when I view the site on the machine it is being hosted on the RSS feeds work fine but from any other machine I get errors like this

XML Parsing Error: xml processing instruction not at start of external entity
Location: https://peterees.dyndns.org/wordpress/index.php/?feed=rss2
Line Number 2, Column 1:<?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?>

I’m a newbie to RSS feeds so forgive me if this is something really simple.
