Yet Another Elegant Grunge IE Issue

I too am experiencing the headache of Page Layout using the Elegant Grunge theme when viewing in IE6, 7 and 8.

It been a long standing issue so I’m finally asking for help.

As I’ve read other questions for support I’m also finding it looking well in other browsers other the the almighty Explorer(!)

I’ve modified tremendously. After checking with w3 Validator I’m concerned if I’m in for a lengthy amendment prodcedure due to the masses of tiny faults, mainly (I believe through plugins).

I’m not very savvy with CSS or HMTL and seriously unsure on what to do next. I really don’t want to change themes as that I feel would be a Herculean task.

Help would be massively appreciated as I’ve not much of it.
