So let’s start from the beginning… I had a blog. I updated it to 3.0.1, and something went wrong. I had the following error come up when I tried to log in to my dashboard:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/t/a/j/tajharia/html/wp-includes/general-template.php:372) in /home/content/t/a/j/tajharia/html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 890

I tried everything in the help forums, tried a few things my hosting company offered up, but nothing worked. I decided to delete my blog and start over. I deleted everything, and reinstalled everything. I am using the default template, and only have one blog post up. I updated a bunch of plugins and now I am having nearly the same problem again.

I can log into my dashboard, but cannot update most areas. I cannot add pages or update my general settings, I get the above warning. When I try to do a post, I get the following warning:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/t/a/j/tajharia/html/wp-includes/general-template.php:372) in /home/content/t/a/j/tajharia/html/wp-includes/classes.php on line 1601

Additionally, on the top of every screen, from the dashboard to the blog itself, in the left-hand corner in very small print, is the website url. From the http to the .com

My blog is pretty useless right now. I don’t know what exactly caused this, and I don’t know how to fix it. Any help out there?
    Thanks in Advanced,
    -Tajharia.

I think you’ve narrowed it to a plugin. Turn them all off, then turn on one by one till the problem recurs.

Try deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

I went to try deactivating plugins, but I can no longer log into my dashboard. Is there another way to do this?

Try resetting your plugins (no admin access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
