Yep… Jeff did it again

I am amazed of the knowledge and insights that Jeff has about WP, regular expressions, .htacces, Bad Bots and Querystrings.

I can imagine Jeff sitting behind his computerscreen, thinking of yet another genius way to suck bad bots into a digital parallel universe where they are doomed to reflect on their crimes for ever, laughing out loud from time to time. It must be fun to do and I almost envy Jeff a bit to be honest.

Blackhole for Bad Bots is, again, an example of a brilliant plugin quietly fading into the WP background doing it’s own thing. Since a while all of my new WP installations use Block Bad Queries (BBQ) and Blackhole for Bad Bots.
