yellow boxes, some pages display incorrectly

When I turned WP touch on for my site – righttohealnaturally.com the home page shows extra yellow boxes, and the the spacing is incorrect. The Stay Connected page shows the same thing and some of the fonts are changed. If thats the best the fonts can be I am okay with that – but not the overlapping on the home page and the yellow boxes.
