Hello, after a purchase in woocommerce, a new account is created and an email with personal details is sent to the user. When using the phone and first name billing shortcode ([yaymail_customer_username] , [yaymail_billing_first_name]). The user does not receive them. Everything appears in the email except the name and phone number that should come from the shortcode.
When we send a test email to the admin through the plugin everything works fine.<gwmw style=”display:none;”></gwmw>

    Hi @emanuelhud,

Thanks for writing to us today!

A common mistake I have seen people make in this case is that, they are testing WordPress new account email, and not WooCommerce’s new Account template which our plugin works with.

    Note:
WooCommerce’s new Account template will trigger once you are checking out on a store and the store allows the creation of an account at the checkout level.

Hope you can test correctly, and if that is not the case for your issue, then you can reach our tech team for further support here:

    Regards,
    Bruce
