    Hi there,

Have anyone of you any solution to make emails created in Yaymail mobile responsive?

When I create email for example in Mailchimp I create it for desktop and the same mail looks fine on mobile.

When I create email in Yaymail for desktop it looks fine on desktop but looks exactly the same on mobile – layout is the same. So all the fonts are super small.

I wrote to Yaymail support but they say it is ok.

    Hi @dejnasm and @sdeal ,

Sorry, but this is the best way to display images in mobile which we found to be normal:

    Hi @ninjateamwp

There is no problem with images, but with layout and fonts. If I use two columns in creator it should show two columns side by side on desktop but on mobile should be one up, one down. Fonts shouldn’t resize, now if I set up 18 px in creator, on mobile it’s maybe 10 px, should be also 18 px, maybe 16 px.

It can work at mobile, I tried it with Kadence – but they haven’t got such a simple and nice editor like YayMail.

Would be very nice if you could fix that.

Hello @dejnasm, if you set up 18 px in creator, on mobile it’s also 18 px, not smaller.

@dejnasm the difference is we use different approach to design emails, we use px and they use %

    Hope it clarifies now.
    Thanks guys!

    Hi @chadwickhugh,

    Thanks for your patience.
WooCommerce has not supported it yet actually but we’re doing research and it will need a bit more time.

    Cheers,
    Rose
