YARPP showing porn on my food blog

  • Hi,
    Ive been using YARPP for quite some time without any problems till now when the related posts under my food blog post showed porn images (but with my own recipe post titles)
    From what i understand YARPP doesn’t refer to posts outside my own blog and only show my posts.
    Ive disbled the plugin till i figure this out.
    I have a snapshot of porn thumbnail with “green papaya salad” title showing in the related buts but cannot post it here.
    Any help?
