YARPP loop changes current article permalink to the last in related posts

Hi,
I couldn’t find the better headline for my problem. The scenerio is,
Suppose my current article is https://www.xyz.com/my-current-article/
Suppose I’m showing 3 related posts via YARPP at the end of article.
and the third related article’s permalink in YARPP is https://www.xyz.com/last-related-post/

Now if I try to set some social sharing options after YARPP in the article. I get the permalink of last related post of YARPP and not the current article.
