Excellent! You did indeed share your Site Health information correctly, thank you. Can you also share the exact error you’re encountering, so I can provide the most suitable troubleshooting suggestions?
Thanks for sharing this additional information @dostahsap. To troubleshoot this further, have you tried to click on the “Redo the plugin setup” button? If not, please go ahead and try, and let me know if you’re able to proceed.
If you’re not able to proceed, please also share the following:
- When checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser incognito window does the same occur? If so, please share any browser console errors that appear.?
- Do you see any warnings or errors when checking your Site Health status? (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information requested above? Such errors may include REST endpoint references.

Thanks for the update @dostahsap. In that case, what you may wish to try is to temporarily add a www prefix to your site URLs, so see if you’re able to proceed with set up. This will help indicate a host related issue. To do so, please follow the steps below:
- Visit your site settings (Settings > General).
- Change your site address (URL) and WordPress address (URL) from
https://dostahsap.com.trtohttps://www.dohstahsap.com.tr - Press the save button.
- Attempt Site Kit setup once more after logging back into your site.
Let me know how you get on with the above. We can revert to the non-www version of your site after this is complete if you wish. This is just to test for any host related block. If you prefer not to perform the above, I can provide you with some other suggestions, such as using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to rule out plugin related conflicts, or checking from another site on the same hosting platform. Unfortunately we’re limited to Site Kit queries here in the plugin support forums, and I certainly don’t want to give you an incorrect information. I can see there are some plugin that can be used for that purpose, but unfortunately this isn’t something Site Kit can do at present. If you think this would be something of use, feel free to open such a feature request on the plugins GitHub repository where all development takes place as an open source plugin. If you’re not comfortable using GitHub, I can create one on your behalf.
