yandex verification error

    when I use the Yandex verification meta tag code in yoast and try to verify in YANDEX
    i get the following message

    Rights haven’t been verified
    We couldn’t load the page because response code isn’t 200. May be server’s settings are incorrect.

    does this have anything to do with yoast
    please help

    We checked on the page and do see it returning a 200 status code for us and that the following verification meta tag for Yandex is being output:

    <meta name=”yandex-verification” content=”67675fc01218ef4d” />

    If Yandex is receiving a different status code and is not able to access your page it may be due the server’s settings, so we would recommend checking with your hosting provider and have them review the request from Yandex and what status code was returned and why.
