    I have successfully created yandex webmaster account, created the App , i obtained all necessary details , but when i click “”””Get token”””

    i get a wrong ,,,,Host ID,,,,https:nekius.com:443,,,,,,, instead of https://nekius.com

    Copy the host ID exactly as displayed in the Yandex app details.

    Hello, the Yandex app details do not contain any thing like Host ID, and the host id can not be entered manually in plugin settings , you only get it after pressing ” get token ” and you need to select it from drop down in plugin settings.

    I see. You are right. I got it confused with something else.

    So what exactly is the issue? https:nekius.com:443 is actually correct as it is what is returned by the Yandex webmaster API.

    I followed all the instructions but when I click “Get Token” The “Host ID” field is empty and I can not choose anything…wont work. I tried updating a few times too… the drop down menu “Host ID” in the plugin stays empty.

    Hi Thanks for the fast reply.
    Some window with russian text opened (could not find the switch lang) and I logged in…approved stuff.
    Still same… HOST ID offers nothing in the dropdown (even after creating a new app)
    Any ideas? thanks

    FYI: I used a “cheat” – I switched the “indexNow” search engine from Bing to Yandex and entered the Bing API key…all works now for me.
