    Hello,

Something happened on my website that hasn’t happened before: Although only Google ads are active, Yandex ads appear in the posts.

Sometimes this happens, sometimes it doesn’t. Additionally, other ads other than Google ads also appear on my website. I only want Google ads to appear.

What could be causing this situation?

    Hi Rdvan

    Thanks for reaching out.

While browsing your website, I only saw Google Ads and the injected Advanced Ads ad placements all contain Google codes.

But your website also contains a script from Yandex and I would expect this to also load ads and cause the seen behavior.

    < src="https://mc.yandex.ru/metrika/tag.js">

I recommend checking if you need this script and its connected settings if you want the features provided but disabling their ad injection.

Using the search option on Advanced Ads > Ads looking for yandex.ru you should be able to find any Advanced Ads ad unit containing connected ad codes. Here is a handy guide on how to disable ads for different use cases.

If the code is not managed within the Advanced Ads plugin it is injected another way and I recommend reaching out to your website’s developer remove the yandex code if wanted.

Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Best regards,
    Henning

    Hi Rdvan

Have you had a chance to look at the code and its function, and do the adverts load when it is removed?

    Best regards,
    Henning
