Yahoo Podcasting Directory won’t Accept WordPress Feed URL

  • I’m trying to post my podcast at Yahoo’s beta Podcast Directory at https://podcasts.yahoo.com/publish.
    In the top right corner is a place to add my RSS URL, so I put in : https://www.smarterbytheminute.com/?feed=rss2 and Yahoo responds with “System error. Please try again” with no explanation of any kind. I looked for some kind of link to ask Yahoo support about this but apparently they don’t want to be contacted. So I’m asking here if anyone knows a solution to this.
    Of course I do realize that the Yahoo site is beta and the problem could be a coding issue on their part, but I wanted to ask here to make sure I’m not doing something wrong with my feed link.

  • This is happening to me as well and usefully there is no place to go for help in the form of an actual person so if anyone solves this problem I too would be most grateful. Otherwise I’m guessing its a coding issue. I host my podcasts on Libsyn.com and my rss feed is :
    https://nubricks.libsyn.com/rss
    Add it to Yahoo Podcast directory as per chap above and same System error.

    Nothing wrong with either of those feeds. I’d say Yahoo is broken.
