xyz newsletter manager

I have been using xyz wp newsletter and I upgraded to the Premium version just lately. However, with both versions I have never figured out how to get the templates to work. I see no way to create a campaign using a particular template and when I create a campaign from a post, even if I choose the same e-mail list and category as the template, the campaign doesn’t use the template and I have to go in and add all the stuff from the template manually.
I have contacted XYZ but this is all the answer I got from them and I can’t find anything in their knowledge base that says anything about templates that would help me.

In the plugin menu section you can see the templates link. In this you can create templates for each category.

Let me know if there is any issue in it.

Has anyone else figured out what the trick to using the templates is? It is really tedious to go in and edit all the campaigns so much before sending them.
