    could you please contact our support desk to get this resolved ?

    I wish you had put the solution to this problem on the public forum; I’m having the same problem and need this fixed ASAP. I’ve submitted a ticket to your support desk and I’m waiting to hear back.

    i dont think such issue is present in latest version.
    If you are facing the issue, it may be some table structure related issue.
    Please deactivate and reactivate the plugin
