XPS not receiving orders

We have an online WooCommerce shop. We use the XPS shipping plugin to ship out our products. Monday (10.30.2023) we noticed the orders are not showing up on XPS. I contacted XPS and they pulled a log of the data gathered and it says “‘statusCode’ => 500 and “There has been a critical error on this website.
Our hosting provider repaired the database according to the error log and updated the PHP for the domain. I reverted the website back to a backup from Thursday and I still don’t see that the problem is fixed.
All our Walmart and Chewy orders still show up on XPS. The problem is with our website. What is the problem and how can it be fixed?
