Xpath cyrillic attribute not working

    My xml 

       
...
<param name="Размер">Value1</param>
<param name="test">Value2</param>
...

    {param[@name=”test”]} return Value2
    but {param[@name=”Размер”]} return empty.
    Encoding UTF8.
    I use debug site wpsandbox.pro for testing.
