xmlrpc.php not responding

I have 2 blogs, both on WordPress 1.5.2

For some reason on one of them the xmlrpc.php will not respond: https://www.w8in.com/find/xmlrpc.php
The other one, at https://www.w8in.com/blog/xmlrpc.php is responding just fine.

As far as I can remember, I haven’t played around with any settings. I also tried disabling the latest installed plugins, just in case. No luck there.

Any ideas?
