xmlrpc with python, can't get the featured image

i am using xmlrpc api with python to auto post using my script, but i am having problem setting up featured image, i followed the example given here to attach the image to the post using attachment id https://python-wordpress-xmlrpc.readthedocs.org/en/latest/examples/media.html
