    Hi,

I’ve been having intermittent database loading errors that are pulling down my site. In trying to track down the issue it looks like it starts after a Post from, I assume, Jetpack.

    POST /xmlrpc.php?for=jetpack&token=[removed]&timestamp=[removed]&nonce=[removed]&body-hash=[removed]&signature=[removed]

It generates a 500 error as well.

Could this call be dramatically loading the database? How do I stop it?

    Regards,
    Adam Ramshaw

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site and your Jetpack connection?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    Thanks!

getting this error with jetpack 2.6 and latest trunk beta1 jetpack 2.6.1 when connecting to authorize jetpack with wordpress.com and when posting using publicize
    cloudflare message
An Error 524 means that the connection to the origin web server was made, but the origin
web server timed out before responding to the request. The likely cause is either an overloaded background task, database or application (i.e. such as WordPress), over stressing
the resources on your machine. The database is often the cause. To resolve the issue, please
work with your hosting provider or web development team to free up resources for your database
    or application.

I personaly feel there are too many modules, fyi

If you don’t use all the modules, you can deactivate them by following the instructions here:
