XML Sitemaps – User Sitemap Tab Missing

    Hi

    I have enabled the advanced settings on the features tab of the Yoast SEO plug-in however my User Sitemap tab is missing when I click on the XML Sitemaps option. XML Sitemap functionality is enabled but the only tabs I have are Post Type, Excluded Posts and Taxonomies.

    Any ideas on why that tab is missing? I feel like everything that should be enabled is.

    The author tab appears if you have enabled author archives. Author archives are disabled, by default, if you are a single author blog because the author archives will be a duplicate of recent posts.

    If you are not a single author blog and/or would like to enable author archives, you can do so under

    Admin > SEO > Titles & Metas* > Archives

    * If you do not see Titles & Metas, the advanced settings can be enabled by following the steps here.
