XML – Sitemaps – plugin not working.

    Hi,

    I have a query on my client’s website I have added a property for them and inserted their sitemaps. Is there a problem with this plugin as nothing is being indexed.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    We are not sure what you mean by ‘nothing is being indexed’. We performed a site search for https://www.trevellyaninsurance.co.uk and there are search results to indicate it is being indexed. You may refer to this screenshot. Also, viewing the page source shows <meta name="robots" content="index, follow" />.

    Maybe you can provide some more context to the issue you are experiencing? Thanks.

    i have a similar coretiummedia12 issue on all websites updated with 14.6.1 yoast version.
    The sitemap link (/sitemap_index.xml) returns blank page.
    Another problem is the meta description (only for homepage): it is not shown although I entered it on the meta description field. With web inspector i’have a warning (“administrator: this page does not show a meta description because it does not have one, you need to write it for this page or go to the SEO menu”).
    Before the update there were no problems.
