XML Sitemap Taxonomy With No Posts

    I have a custom post type with two custom taxonomies.

    The first taxonomy has posts assigned to it’s categories and and shows up in the xml sitemap.

    The second taxonomy does not have any posts assigned to any of it’s categories, and does not show up in the sitemap.

    What I would like is for the second taxonomy and it’s categories to show in the sitemap. Any idea if this is possible and how it might be accomplished?
