XML Sitemap: Posts/Pages not shown, other content types fine

Yoast is doing a fine job generating my sitemap for custom post types, but it won’t generate it for posts and pages — obviously the most important. Any ideas? I’ve disabled, reenabled, etc. Kind of puzzled. Never had this issue on other sites.
