• I’ve seen many issues in this and other forums about XML sitemaps being blank, or leading to 404 page not found.

    I am experiencing the blank XML sitemaps page (but with the below source output) for most of my sites, and the 404 for many others.

    I manage over 200 WP sites, and just noticed that lately this issue is occurring over most of my sites.

    They are all built on different theme frameworks, and use a range of different plugins.

    Main point being that until recently the WP SEO sitemaps feature worked just fine.

    YOAST, I’ve seen your posts mentioning poorly written plugin or theme conflicts, but that seems unlikely here due to my many different themes, plugins, and that it WAS working fine for a long time until recently.

    Can you give any guidance here? Thanks!!!

    (Happy to go PRO if that’s what it takes to receive support.)

    BLANK PAGES have the following source code in the page:

    </sitemap>
    </sitemapindex>
